The Rosé NV is a classic blend of 71% Chardonnay and 29% Pinot Noir. The wine is also matured for a minimum of 36 months before being matured on the final cork for 6 months before release.

Ripe cherries and raspberry aromas provide a delicate profile to the wine. These are followed by some hints of grapefruit and wild rose. The palate opens with a voluptuous texture supported by elegant acidity. The length and richness of the palate develop a complexity with raspberry compote, hints of blueberries, and anise.
