Single-site specific and barrel selection – individually numbered bottles.

Utterly enchanting, a shiny pomegranate seed red. Complex velvety texture, spice, and perfume. The Prince of Reds at his most charming.

100% Pinot Noir. A small pocket within a single vineyard and barrel selected. Hand-harvested, 60% whole-bunch spontaneous fermentation in large foudre. Maturation takes place in 40% new, 60% second-fill French oak barrels for 12 months. Only 3500 bottles were produced.

The Queen of White Wines

PROFILE
Single-site specific and barrel selection – individually numbered bottles. Seams of quartz sparkle in this vineyard; a wine with steely tension, yet elegantly refined.

100% Chardonnay, a small pocket within a single vineyard. Hand-harvested, 50% spontaneous fermentation in 70% second-fill and 30% new French oak barrels. Left on the lees for a further 10 months while undergoing malolactic fermentation. Bottled without fining or filtration. Only 3300 bottles were produced. Single site
