Le Petit Malbec
A well-balanced wine with a deep purple red/violet color and very fine and silky tannins and lush texture. Le Petit Malbec is more tannic, with a chewy texture, raisiny flavors, and an astringent feel noticeable on the palate. The grapes are pressed and then transferred to old French and American Oak barrels and aged for 18 months. Then the wine was transferred to stainless steel tanks to ferment for 6 months before bottling.

The Special Reserve No. 1 is an unusual Bordeaux blend with Malbec at its core. This is a wine with an elegant finish on the tongue with subtle tannins. Full-bodied, dry and a savory, more muscular than fruity. Enjoy now or cellar for further complexity.

The wine is fermented and matured in French oak barrels. Fresh and full with an elegant mouthfeel and a lingering aftertaste of almonds and vanilla. Citrus and a hint of peach on the nose.

Vins De Balise (Barrel Fermented Viognier)
Viognier has developed into a full-bodied wine with a lush, soft character. This Viognier is a vibrant, distinct wine with marmalade, honey, and fresh peaches as well as orange blossom flavors, integrated with subtle toasty French oak aroma. The wine has a creamy mouthfeel with nutmeg and apricot flavors lingering on the aftertaste. The wine was barrel fermented in new French oak barrels for 11 months.
